  • Delivery

    • What is the status of my order?
      When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your items' availability and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
    • How do I cancel or change my order?
      You can notify us of your decision to cancel or change your order through an e-mail/message at info@memory-box.co.uk or via phone at 01438893335.
    • How long will my order take to arrive?
      Everything on our website is in stock, so you can be confident that we will send your order the day after it is purchased. Our customised frame builder service will take longer as it is made-to-measure, but our standard delivery is 3-5 days once it is dispatched. Priority, next day delivery is also available for all products, excluding those from the frame builder service.
    • How much is delivery?
      We can deliver worldwide. The rates vary per delivery location. Estimates: Standard shipping is 3-5 days. Priority shipping is 3 days or less. For more detailed information on the delivery rates, please refer to the the rate table found on our Delivery & Returns page
    • Who will be delivering my order?
      For delivery, we are collaborating with DHL, DPD UK and Royal Mail UK.
    • Do I need to be there to sign in for it?
      Suppose you are not at home for the delivery, no need to worry. A calling card with instructions will be left for you to confirm your delivery.
  • Returns

    • How do I request a return or replacement?
      If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
    • What is the status of my refund?
      You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to accept your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
